本/硕/博毕业于西北工业大学,美国密歇根大学访问学者及博士后,曾在英国伦敦玛丽女王大学访学。先后入选国家高层次人才支持计划、英国工程技术学会会士(IET Fellow)、欧盟玛丽居里学者、云南省“兴滇英才支持计划”云岭学者、云南省海外高层次引进人才、IEEE高级会员等,现任中国自动化学会车辆控制与智能化专委会及平行智能专委会委员、IEEE PES中国区电动汽车技术委员会动力电池分委会以及电动汽车与交通智能融合分委会常务理事;任云南省新能源汽车生产力促进中心、云南省高校新能源汽车控制与运行安全创新团队、云南省车辆智能控制与运行安全博士生导师团队等平台负责人。

长期从事智能网联汽车节能行驶控制、动力电池管控、新能源汽车动力系统优化控制等领域教学及科研工作。主持国家高层次人才支持项目、国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题、工信部重点项目、省重大科技专项、云岭学者专项、省科技强省专项及企业合作等项目40余项。累计出版(含参编)专著2本,发表论文200余篇,其中SCI一二区论文120余篇,申请及授权发明专利50余项。担任IEEE Transactions on Transportation Electrification、iScience、eTransportation、中国公路学报等期刊编委或青年编委,获云南省自然科学奖二等奖2项(排名1)、中国产学研合作创新成果奖二等奖(排名1)、IEEE汽车技术学会Motor Vehicle Challenge一等奖(两次)、欧盟Seal of Excellence奖、EVS34优秀论文奖、中国产学研合作促进会创新与促进奖(个人)、CVCI网联电动汽车能量优化控制大赛铜奖、云南省高校一流党建示范党支部(书记)、云南省“先进班集体”(班主任)、昆明理工大学伍达观杰出教师奖、红云园丁奖、最美最亲班主任、昆明理工大学教学成果特等奖、国防科技进步三等奖、云南省优秀硕士论文指导教师(3次)等荣誉。
